CANCELLATION POLICY

RITÜAL STŪDĪO SÄLŌN – Cancellation Policy We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments missed without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. If we cannot complete your appointment due to late arrival, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. All bookings require a valid card on file. By booking, you agree to these terms.
